Jon McClure is
the Founder and CEO of ISO Poly Films, Inc., and it his vision,
leadership skills and keen business savvy that drives the companys
on-going success. Jon developed ISO from his commitment to build a
company with a vibrant work environment and a steadfast focus on
providing the film industry with high-quality customer service, quality,
efficiency and integrity.
Jons experience in films and flexible packaging dates back to his
high school years, and after graduating from the University of South
Carolina in 1983, he began his professional at International Plastics.
He was instrumental in leading several initiatives while at
International Plastics, including implementing a sales and marketing
plan and inventory program that led to the company growing almost three
fold.
Jon was recognized as the Carolinas Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst
& Young in 2001 and was presented with the South Carolina Ambassador
for Economic Development in 2002 by the Governor of South Carolina. He
was named to the Advisory Board of the Flexible Packaging Association in
2002 and has served on the Society of Plastics Industry Board of
Directors.

Russ Joseph

With over 22 years in the polyolefin film industry, Russ Joseph
possesses extensive experience servicing industrial film markets. Russ
joined ISO in 1997 as one of its founding leaders and built a solid
customer base for the company. Russ has helped grow ISO into a company
that expects to produce over 40 million pounds in 2005, and he is now
leading the company's growth strategy with key customer and national
account responsibility. Prior to joining ISO Poly Films, Russ served as
Senior Sales Representative for Industrial Poly Manufacturing, Inc. in
New Jersey and has held other senior sales and marketing positions with
several privately held firms in the industry. In addition, Russ has been
a representative to independent manufacturers, enabling him to
understand the needs of small, entrepreneurial companies.

Russ Gehrke has over 26 years of
experience in flexible packaging
technology, spending 23 years in
flexible packaging Research &
Development with Pechiney Plastic
Packaging. He held various
management positions in packaging
product development and gained
significant experience and knowledge
in the application of process and
materials technology in various
food, specialty and medical
packaging applications. He holds
nine patents in flexible packaging
structure and package design. Russ,
along with Dr. Roger Kaas, formed
Gehrke, Kaas & Associates, LLP, a
consulting firm in the area of
packaging and plastic technology.
Russ earned his Bachelor of Science
degree in Chemical Engineering from
the University of Wisconsin.

Tom Lasitter

ISO Poly Films’ Vice President of Finance, Tom
Lasitter, brings 20 years of management experience
with manufacturing companies to ISO, contributing to
the company’s productivity. Preceding his position
at ISO, Tom acted as the CFO of an international
chemical manufacturing company for 10 years. A
graduate of the
University of North Carolina, Tom is also a Certified
Public Accountant.
Tom Saxton

With more than 25
years of hands-on experience in the blown film industry, Tom Saxton is
one of the founding leaders of ISO Poly Films. His depth of knowledge
in manufacturing operations led to the design and development of
ISOs state-of-the-art facility and has earned him a reputation as
one of the top managers in the film industry. Tom gained extensive
experience in plant management at several major independent film
companies. He served for nine years as plant manager with Essex
Plastics, where he directed an operation with 32 blown film lines and
300 employees. As Director of Process Improvement for ISO, he is
responsible for optimizing the production processes, improving
production time and cost effectiveness and developing methods to
conintuously improve ISO's products and services to exceed customers'
expectations.
Roger L.
Kaas
Product
Development Manager
Roger Kaas has over 30 years of research and development experience in
polymer materials, polymer processing and applications development for
plastic materials. For over 20 years Dr. Kaas concentrated on the
development of plastic packaging at Pechiney Plastic Packaging. While
there, he developed a novel toothpaste tube manufacturing process and
was part of the team that commercialized the first multilayer, high
barrier, extrusion blow molded bottle in the United States. His last
position at Pechiney was Director of Materials Development in the
Flexible Packaging Division, where he was responsible for new polymer
material applications in plastic packaging films. Dr. Kaas has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University
of Wisconsin and a Doctor of Science in Chemical Engineering from
Washington University in St. Louis. Upon completion of his Doctoral
degree, he joined the General Motors polymers and high temperature
resistant polymers. Dr. Kaas, along with Russ Gehrke, formed Gehrke,
Kaas & Associates, LLP, a consulting firm in the area of packaging
and plastic technology.
Andy Wallace
Human Resources

Andy Wallace
brings to ISO Poly Films broad management experience and a wealth of
business and financial knowledge. A 21-year employee of American Metric
Corporation, Andy served in various positions at the company including
Customer Service Representative, Parts Manager, and Operations and
Administrative Manager. During a 10-year tenure as Executive Vice
President of American Metric, Andy was responsible for $9 million in
company growth, as well as all of the companys financial
functions. Andy also led the development of departmental budgets to
control costs within American Metric. As Controller and Human Resources
Manager for ISO, Andy oversees and manages the growing companys
financial operations including cash flow, bank reconciliation, accounts
receivable and accounts payable.
Valerie
Anderson
Quality
Manager

Valerie Anderson
joined ISO Poly Films in 2006 as Quality Manager and oversees the
quality assurance function for the company. Valerie has extensive
experience in quality assurance, most recently as the Quality Assurance
Manager at Michelin PAX-1 in Greenville, SC, where she was responsible
for reviewing plant procedures and coordinating ISO 9001 activities.
Prior to her work at Michelin, Valerie was with Celanese Chemicals for
23 years and served in many leadership capacities, including Quality
Assurance Chemist. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from
Atlanta University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from
Benedict College in Columbia, SC. She is a member of the American
Society of Quality.
Matt Donovan
Materials Manager

As the third
employee hired by Jon McClure to help start ISO Poly Films, Matt brings
19 years of transportation experience to the company. Before becoming
traffic manager for ISO in 1998, Matt served a 14-year tenure with
Spartan Express as a dockworker and driver. Subsequent to Spartan
Express, Matt worked for Southeastern Freight Lines.
C. Tracy
Lyons
Market
Development/Sales

An 11-year
veteran of polyolefin film sales, Tracy has concentrated on fractional
gauge lamination films and specialty film markets throughout his career.
Tracy spent 12 years in various management positions in the Hook
and Loop Closure industry preceding his entry into the film
business. Prior to joining ISO Poly Films, Tracy served as Southeast
Regional Sales Manager for Atlantis Plastics and as Sales Representative
for Mid South Extrusion where he handled the companys national
accounts.

W. Edward Deming, modern day father of quality standards, states that
"...85 percent of all quality is built into the
process." ISO Poly Films, Inc., uses state-of-the-art
technology in every process - starting with all resins that are FDA
approved. These resins are blended and fed by AEC HydReclaim
blending systems.
